1 oil temperature is too high
Reason: bad oil; fuel shortage; bearing damage.
Remedy: oil, or fuel, or replace bearings.
(2) oil pressure pump is activated, or no oil flow indicator
Reason: oil temperature is low; pipe blockage or pump is not working properly.
Elimination method: heating oil temperature increase; repair pipes or pumps.
3. Hydraulic oil temperature rise
Reason: the oil pipeline or ditch plug, safety valve failure.
Elimination approach: stop check repair.
4. Oil contains a large number of fine mud and impurities
Reason: Sealed dust-proof device failure; pipe blockage or leakage caused by water shortages.
Elimination approach: stop re-sealing or cleaning maintenance, replacement oil.
5. Strong crushing machine vibration, dynamic cone suddenly accelerated speed
Cause: Poor lubrication bushing pack spindle is tight; movable cone sink or spherical thrust bearing damage; tapered bushing Upward activities leading to lack of space with the spindle.
Elimination approach: the reasons for replacement of damaged parts for, repair pumps and piping.
6 crushing or idling split generated audible sound
Reason: lining relaxation; movable cone and fixed cone lining is not round and have an impact.
Elimination approach: stop checking the fastening screws and zinc layer off situation. If the screws or damage to earrings, the need to remove the adjustment ring, replace the screws and earrings; off if the zinc coating layer to be re-cast zinc; check lining the ellipse, when necessary, mechanical processing.
7 uneven shaft rotation, after a strong percussion pulley rotation, dynamic cone does not move
Reason: gear badly worn or damaged; join key damage; spindle broken.
Elimination method: replace the gear down, and to meet the requirements meshing gap; replace the join key; replace the spindle, to enhance iron work.
