Jaw crusher works
Jaw crusher is made up of frame, partiality axis, dynamic jaw, elbow board etc. Belt wheel and partiality axis are solid together in a whole. When pulleys and eccentric shaft around the axis take rotation, driving the jaw crusher of output component moving jaw do plane intricate movement, thus crushed ore rolling.
Jaw crusher is driven by Simens motors, through the motors, wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and cheek plate can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
