Since jaw crusher vibrates a lot during working, it should be installed on the proping base of the armored concrete. The weight of the base can be 8-10 times that of the machine. The depth of the base should be deeper that that of the frozen ground. The size of the planning drawing of base refers to the relative position between main body of machine and anchor bolt of the motor. This parameters are not exactly what to follow in practice. Porformed hole should be prepared when installing anchor bolt. So the hole can be used when conducting the second grouting. The height and size of the feeding groove can be decided according to the discharging mode.
In order to reduce the vibrating, rubber belt of 10mm should be used between the crusher and concrete base. Tighten the anchor bolt after the second grouting. Gradienter should be used during the process and the deviation should be less than 2mm. Exam of level of the frame is important. It can insure that single feeding will not happen due to skewing of the feeding hole and thus can avoid damage of the machine.
When installing motor, the distance between motor and the machine should be examed. Also the belt wheel of motor and the center of geneva wheel should parallel with each other to make sure that all the triangle belts work harmoniously.
The size of the discharging area should be ajusted according to fineness of products needed and the producing capacity. When ajusting the discharging area, please trip the spring and ajust the tightening degree of the spring in case of loosening .
